Easter is almost here, and Norwegians tend to travel to the mountains and seek out the snow, or what's left of it. And while the are skiing they eat the Norwegian version of Kit Kat. I'm not going to hunt down the snow, but enjoying the city and spring. But if I was, I have the sweater ready. Not that I think I would ever wear this sweater, but I have it. My brother called and wanted one, and when he calls, big sis just does what he says. I didn't use a pattern, but it's three colors and the name embroidered in front. Not too hard. I just don't like embroidering. The sweater is knitted using 3.threads Strikkegarn from Rauma, since that's the only brand I found on short notice which had the right colors. The sweater is done and ready to be hung up as Easter decoration. Not too bad, nine days after the phone call from my brother. Included the three days it took me to change some red skeins to green skeins, and the one day it took me from the call to going to the store and buy the yarn. I don't count this as buying yarn, btw, since it wasn't for me and most of the yarn is gone already. I have some leftovers, but I hope to turn it into a matching hat before Easter. (The modell is my son, and I bribed him with the chocolate of course.)
