Earlier this summer I test knitted a jacket designed by Maria strikker. I have test knitted for her earlier, and as her last pattern, this one was also wellwritten and a very nice jacket. I used Geilsk Thin Wool and Isager Highland Wool. Great yarn for this design, and lovely to knit. The only thing I would want different, is a higher contrast between the colours. But I promised myself to use yarn from my stash, and the colors were the only one with the right gauge in my stash. The pattern is called Elurra, and it means snow. I don't want snow yet, but I would love snow in December. Right now I just want to hold on to summer as long as I can.
I have also finished a pair of socks, vanilla socks again. And I think this is a new record in short time from purchase to finished project. The yarn is Louisa Harding's Pittura, and it was real nice to knit. It's a bit shiny and smooth, but I think it might come of the bamboo in the yarn.

God helg!
