Or maybe I had ten? Or maybe even more? Obviously 2018 is the year of hats. Leftover yarn is perfect for hats. And I have some leftover yarn. I have a lot of leftover yarn, a lot of single skeins and obviously a great need for hats. And you only have to knit one hat and then it's done. But I have to admit it is a lot quicker to knit mittens after I figured out I just have to knit two mittens to make a pair. And not three ... This hat is knitted in alpaca from Sandnes on needles 3 mm. I cast on the same number of stitches as a lot of the hats designed by MarionR, and I just knitted until I felt it was long enough. The decreases were done after how I felt it, so I didn't really use a pattern for it. I used one skein, but it weighs 52 g so I guess the skein had a bit more than 50 g.
