Scrap Bag

Well, maybe not literary, but I've used only scrap yarn from my stash! My daughter found a bag in one of Rauma's pamphlets she wanted and since a lot of people I know crochet nowadays and I happen to have a lot of yarn, I started on the bag right away. I do have a lot of other projects I should have finished, but it's alwasy so fun to start a new project. This project was a fast one and it turned out real good as well. I think I've used Mor Aase, double thread of Sisu, Smart and Juvel for this bag and needle number 4 mm.

Finally Something Actually Got Finished

I have knitted a lot in January. The thing is that I've been so good starting projects, but I've been louse finishing things. I think I've knitted and knitted nonstop but got nothing to show for it. Now I've finally finished something. A friend of friend at a forum needed some help with clothes to their newborn twin girls. I took the challenge. It's not that I didn't have enough yarn to make anything;) I knitted two jackets size 50-56 cm after the pattern Mini and the name fits. The jackets were easy to knit, but not as fast I thought at first, but I guess knitting on needles size 2,5 mm never is fast anyway. I'm happy with the resault. I'm also sending them two pair of babybooties and two pair of babyhats, but I haven't got a phot of it. I used Fabel from Drops to all of it.

I've also knitted another pair of Bella's Mittens in black Eskimo. Fast and easy.

How Long Before Mars?

The coolest hat I've ever knitted, I think. The hat is really baggy, and is knitted in alpaca from Drops. It's so soft and nice, and with the coolest motif ever, I think. I made the hat with the fours symbols the band 30 Seconds to Mars use, and that is one of my favorite bands. No wonder I think the hat is the coolest ever? I might knit another hat with a trident on.
