Everything looks better in some sun and warm weather. Actually wool too. On Saturday we had our own private yarn crawl at Grünerløkka, Oslo. Very nice, and even though I had decided not to buy yarn, well, we all know how that turns out when you have to visit four yarn stores. We started at Pickles, and I already felt the silent screams from all the lovely yarn skeins, but I made it. Big pat on my shoulder for not buying any yarn. We continued to the next store, and then we stopped at Godt Brød, to eat some lunch. We had time to knit a bit and talk too. After lunch time for another yarn store before we ended up at Værbitt for some coffee and more knitting and more talking. A great day with a lot of yarn and a lot of talking. I ended up with four skeins of Air from Du Store Alpakka. They don't really count, since they are going to get knit up before the even end up in my stash. And they don't really weigh anything. And it's still vacation, and everybody know that yarn bought on vacation don't count. *liesknitterstellthemselves I have also finished a pair of socks, in Must Stash Yarn. What a fitting name! Heels and toes in a contrast color in green Cascade Heritage. Mostly because I didn't feel like ruining the nice stripes. Must Stash Yarn was a new yarn to me, and I loved knitting with it.
