Knapper og bånd/buttons and ribbonsI have been a trip to Stoff og stil, a fabric shop. My husband joined me, but regretted after we'd been there a while. We bought curtains for my sons room, the kitchen and curtains to go underneath the bed for my daughter. I also bought three cuts of some nice Christmas fabric. Have absolutely no idea what to make of it, but I'm sure I'll find some inspiration at Hobbyboden. I also bought a fabric with lovely colorchanges in blue, pink and purple. Thought I should have a go at the needlecase. Couldn't resist some wooden buttons and some ribbons.

I have knitted two Christmas presents, a purple calorimetry and a red wrap, is it called that? Haven't had time to bead in threads yet. Both are knitted in Juvel, wool yarn. I knitted a purple neck as well in alpaca from Du store alpakka. Frustration hit when I realised I didn't have enough yarn, so now I don't know what to do but I have to start all over.
Finally I got my secret pal-gift for July. It took time, but I got a message that it was delayed and I've been gone as well. This gift was worth a wait. It's easy to notice that
I'm almost done with the Christmas calendar. The only thing left is a few details, but I'm doing it a little at a time. Have worked so much with it that I'm almost bored with it. It will be done in time for Christmas at least.
I'm also done with my Aurelia-socks. They fit perfectly and should have been done earlier this summer, especially with the weather we've had here;) They will probably be good during autumn as well. They are knitted in Opal cotton.
The summer is still absent. The only positiv thing about that is that I'm getting more work done during rainy days than during hot sunny days. I've finished a pair of socks knitted in Opal, a Christmas present.
I have received a great packet in the mail from
Today another great packet came in the mail, this time from

I got a super nice surprise in the mail just the other day. A packet from Barbro.
I crochet on my Ripple. It takes time but it is moving slowly forward. I've had a break because the warm weather is making it to hot to crochet, even though the sun is nowhere to be seen. It's still hot to crochet on a big woollen ripple. My ripple is now 110 cm long.
I have started on a pair of socks for myself in Opal cotton. I had a bit of a problem deciding which pattern to use, but landed on this
