I have started to knit the Monkey-socks from Knitty. They were not hard to knit and it didn't take long before I hade memorized the pattern. I'm starting on sock number two tonight. I'm using Opal. Jeg har strikket ferdig del 3 på Garnmysteriet. Veldig spent. Jeg har overhode ingen anelse om hva det er jeg strikker. Del 4 kommer fredag 1.juni kl.19.00. Gleder meg.
I have finished knitting part 3 of the Yarnmystery. Very exciting. I have absolutely no clue of what I'm knitting. Part 4 is coming June the 1st. at 19.00 o'clock. I'm looking forward to it. Jeg har strikket et par limegrønne sokker til lillegutt i garnet jeg fikk av min hemmelige venn i mai på Hobbyboden. De er mitt bidrag til Farger-alongen også. Mai er grønn.
I have knitted a couple of limegreen socks to my son from the yarn I got from my secret pal in May at Hobbyboden. They are my contribution to Colour-along too. May is green.
I have signed up to resolve the Yarn mystery through Hobbyboden. Liv-Toril is the organizer. First part was to find yarn and needles. Yesterday we got part two. We were supposed to knit a square. I have done that. Have no idea what so ever of what I'm knitting, but I'm waiting with excitement for part three to be expected at May 27th at 19.00 o'clock.
I have crocheted a bit further on my ripply. It does not move fast forward, but I'm half way almost. Now I've run out of yarn, so I need to do a bit of yarn shopping today. The Ripply is now 87 cm long. It's supposed to be 2 m, so it's a bit to go.

I have to do something else while crocheting the Ripply. So I have started knitting a sweater in Mor Aase, pure wool. It's a birthday present for someone who has birthday very soon, so I don't have much time, but I think I'm going to make it.
I really had no intention what so ever to start crocheting a ripple, but here I go. I haven't bought yarn for the whole thing, but just enough for the weekend;) My husband actually liked the ripple and drove me around today to find a store which sold the yarn. I'm using Mor Aase wool. Soft and delicate. This is one of my longterm projects. I have been very eager to start, but I know myself and soon the progress is going to be slower. My plan is to finish it before the winterseason comes again.
I have knitted a dress for my daughter's Babyborn doll. She was a bit disappointed that it wasn't a real 17th of May-dress, that means a Norwegian folk dress. Stopped by a yarn store and bought pattern for doll clothes. Found a dress which didn't have that much pattern on it.
